Deteniendo ataques DoS
Todos los que somos sysadmins y por ende BOFH tenemos que enfrentarnos a la amenaza de los DoS (Denial of Service) que es un tipo de ataque que tiene como objetivo dar de baja a un servicio (por ejemplo el servicio de correo electrónico) o dar de baja todo un server.
Me pusé a buscar en Google sobre cosas de seguridad en Linux y me topé con este artículo: Minimizing Denial of Service Atacks que tiene una serie de recomendaciones para varias plataformas de como minimizar el riesgo de estos ataques, así que aquí lo dejo por si le sirve a alguien más
